Rejected By Tally: "Voucher totals do not match! Dr: __:__ Dr Cr: __:__ Cr Diff: __:__ Cr"
The Issue:
In case you are facing an issue while syncing Shopify sales to Tally and orders are being rejected by Tally
with below similar reason.
"Voucher totals do not match! Dr: 409.20 Dr Cr: 440.00 Cr Diff: 30.80 Cr"
(Please note the amount could be different at times as per orders transactions, however the failure reason could be the same.)
What is the reason for this issue?
The issue is happening as the tcp file is not loaded correctly in Tally Account
Or multiple tcp files are loaded for WebBee Plugin simultaneously there.
How to resolve the issue?
Check tcp file if loaded correctly in Tally Account or review the setup there.
Once checked and reviewed the setup, the orders can be re-submitted again in our app to sync them to Tally Account successfully.
