Return/ Refund Management via Robust NetSuite Integrator from NetSuite to Shopify: Step by Step guide

We have an inbuilt functionality within the application to sync Return and Refunds from NetSuite back to Shopify via our application

Also for the step by step instruction for the complete RMA process from the scratch please follow the below mentioned steps 

Step 1 : Application configurations and Settings 

Enable the Toggle for the Sync RMA from NetSuite to Shopify from the Configuration page of the application 

Enter the NetSuite Return Authorization Custom Field Internal ID in the text box as in the settings in the Configuration page of the application 

Step 2: How to make RMA Field in Oracle NetSuite 

Below are the steps to show how this body field can be made in the NetSuite . Follow the path Customization >> Lists, Records, & Fields>> Transaction Body Fields . The screenshots are given below to make your understand virtually 

Step 3: Permissions check for the Custom Role created for the Integration 

Once the Field and the list is been set up , we need to make sure that we have the ample permissions needed in case if we have created a custom role for the Integration set up

Step 4 : Order Placing and related steps 

We will then create a test order and fulfil it in NetSuite to let then the status sync back to Shopify from NetSuite prior we trigger the return in NetSuite . Below are the steps to make your understand virtually 

Step 5: Triggering Return/ Refund  from NetSuite for the fulfilled test order 

Now we will open the order in NetSuite and process the return from NetSuite to let the refund status to pass through from NetSuite to Shopify . Below are the steps to help you understand virtually 

Step 6:  Refund Status to sync back from NetSuite to Shopify via Robust NetSuite Integrator

Once the above mentioned steps are been followed , the status for the Refunded order from the NetSuite will be synced back to Shopify in 30 minutes . Below are the screenshots to related with the same
