Step 1 : Application configurations and Settings
Enable the Toggle for the Sync RMA from NetSuite to Shopify from the Configuration page of the application
Enter the NetSuite Return Authorization Custom Field Internal ID in the text box as in the settings in the Configuration page of the application
Step 2: How to make RMA Field in Oracle NetSuite

Step 5: Triggering Return/ Refund from NetSuite for the fulfilled test order
Now we will open the order in NetSuite and process the return from NetSuite to let the refund status to pass through from NetSuite to Shopify . Below are the steps to help you understand virtually
