How to sync your Shopify edited orders from your Shopify store to your NetSuite account?

If you are interested in syncing your Shopify edited orders from your Shopify store to your NetSuite account, this is the setting you should enable.

Step 1

Open your Shopify store > Go to the Apps section > Click on the Robust NetSuite Integrator icon > Navigate to the Configuration page. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

Step 2

Click on the Expand button, corresponding to the App Settings section, further scroll-down to the Export Shopify Order Edits to NetSuite setting. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.

Once, you have configured the above settings, click on the Save button to save the changes from the bottom of this section.

Example: If you configure this setting, and edit an order inside your Shopify store, our integrator will sync this newly updated information to your NetSuite account as a new transaction. further close the original transaction. All the order IDs will remain the same, and you can always check the original transaction using the Related Records sub-tab.

Important Note:

1. SKUs must be mapped between both the platforms correctly. You can always learn about the SKUs mapping using this direct link.
2. Order Edit toggle under the Configuration Page - App Settings must be turned ON.
3. Order Edit will only work from Shopify to NetSuite, if an order inside your NetSuite account is in the Pending Approval OR Pending Fulfillment status.
