To manage Multiple Shipment for BigCommerce Orders from Amazon FBA
Important steps:
Tracking Sync Status toggle.
Order status: accepted by Amazon/ Closed
As items shipped by Amazon, our app changes this order's status to Shipped at BigCommerce.
Step1: Tracking Sync Status toggle:
Go to the Dashboard Page and turn on the Tracking Sync Status toggle.
Step2: Order status: accepted by Amazon/ Closed:
As soon as an order gets placed inside your BigCommerce store and it is imported to our app as accepted by Amazon. Then some of the items start getting fulfilled, as a result, our app changes this order's status to Partially Shipped. Or when all items are fulfilled, as a result, our app changes this order's status to Shipped at BigCommerce.
Step 3: As items shipped by Amazon, our app changes this order's status to Shipped at BigCommerce:
After an order's line item gets a tracking number inside Amazon Seller Central, our app automatically syncs it back to your BigCommerce store.

- To send these tracking numbers to your customers, all you have to do is to configure this "Order Shipping Email Notifications to Customer" setting inside our app's Configuration Page > Apps Settings section. If you want to send shipping emails via Amazon, select YES inside it. Please make sure to hit the Save button after making any changes in this OR any other section.
