If an archived item is contained in any order, then the order will be created without that item on Amazon MCF, and you will get an email notification.

Select the checkbox to receive email notifications. Refer to the image attached below.

Example: if you place an order containing 5 items (4 active items & 1 archived item), then the 4 active items will sync to Amazon MCF, and that archived item will not go to Amazon MCF.
