Issue:
Why is the inventory not syncing for all the products from Amazon to WooCommerce?
Solution:
There could be some of the possibilities causing the issue.
1. Authorization of sales channel and ERP not done
2. SKU mapping under Product linking mismatched/ not found/ Incorrect
3. Disabled Inventory sync toggles
1. Authorization of sales channel and ERP not done:
Click under channels, click on edit and re-authenticate the sales channel connection with the app.
2. SKUs mapping under Product linking mismatched/ not found/ Incorrect:
Please ensure that you have active SKUs at both: at sales channel added and also at ERP/ Amazon MCF.
Click on product linking and check if SKUs are mapped correctly/ not missed and with active status.
3. Disabled Inventory sync toggles:
Please check under channels inventory sync toggles are turned on, once done wait for 30-40 min this should be updated automatically.
