SKU Mapping Page Overview



Our app allows you to sync and map TikTok and Amazon SKUs through the "SKU Mapping" feature. You can import all TikTok active SKUs and map them to their FBA SKUs. If FBA SKUs have the same name and value as TikTok SKUs, they will automatically sync. Even if they are slightly different, we can manually map them in our app.

The SKU Mapping page contains:
  1. Two drop-down menus:
    1. Account
    2. Filter.
  2. Two search fields:
    1. TikTok SKU
    2. Amazon SKU.
  3. Product Listing
  4. Export Items CSV
  5. Import Items CSV
  6. Sync Items Manually Button
  7. Update Button
  8. Archive Button.

Account:

You can then select one of the available Amazon marketplaces. Example: Amazon U.S., Amazon DE, Amazon U.K.

Filter:

From here, you can filter items by linked items, unlinked items, archived items, bundled items, or simply all items.
  1. Linked Items: These are the items that have their SKUs mapped between your TikTok store and Amazon FBA center.
  2. Unlinked Items: These are the items that have their SKUs not mapped between your TikTok store and Amazon FBA center.
  3. Archived Items: These are the items that are archived on our app. Discover more about what an archive item is.
  4. Bundled Items: A “bundle item” refers to a combined selling unit created within the integration app where multiple products (or multiple quantities of a product) are grouped under one TikTok SKU and then mapped to Amazon MCF inventory for fulfillment.
  5. All Items: This will show you all the items that you have in your TikTok store.

Search fields:

TikTok:

If you want to search for a TikTok SKU, just enter it in the "TikTok SKU" field and hit the Search button.

Amazon:

If you want to search for an Amazon SKU, just enter it in the "Amazon SKU" field and hit the Search button.

Product Listing:

The WebBee app's Amazon MCF product listing connects Amazon sellers with TikTok admin stores. This feature will help you to fetch new products from Amazon sellers to our app, and then you can list them on TikTok. 

Export Items CSV button:

Click on this button if you want to download a CSV file containing either all of your TikTok SKUs OR the filtered ones. In case the download doesn't start, please clear your browser's cache files or just try this in a different browser.

Sync Items Manually button:

Every 6 hours, our app automatically synchronizes new items from your TikTok store; however, if you want to import new items before that, please click on the Sync Items Manually button and refresh the page after some time (5 - 10 minutes).

Update button:

By default, our app will automatically map SKUs between your TikTok store and Amazon FBA if they are the same. If the Amazon SKUs are different, the field will be left empty. After clicking the Update button, you will need to manually map them.
Once you click on the update button, you will see the choices that are displayed below.



In the SKU field, simply enter the missing Amazon SKU and hit the Submit button.

Item bundling:

Our app supports bundling, allowing you to ship a specific number of items from your Amazon FBA using a single TikTok SKU. Simply enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" field and click the "Submit" button.

Note: You can also archive or activate your TikTok SKUs in bulk using the "Select All" checkbox.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What is the SKU Mapping page used for?

The SKU Mapping page allows you to manage the connection between your TikTok Shop SKUs and Amazon FBA SKUs. It helps you sync inventory, map products, create bundles, archive items, and manage product listings.

2. What is the difference between Linked and Unlinked Items?

  • Linked Items: TikTok Shop SKUs that are successfully mapped to Amazon FBA SKUs.

  • Unlinked Items: TikTok Shop SKUs that are not yet mapped to any Amazon FBA SKU and require manual mapping.

3. What are Archived Items?

Archived Items are SKUs that have been archived within the WebBee app. Archived products are excluded from active synchronization until they are reactivated.

4. What are Bundled Items?

Bundled Items are products where a single TikTok Shop SKU represents multiple Amazon FBA products or multiple quantities of the same product for order fulfillment.

5. How does automatic SKU mapping work?

The app automatically maps products when the TikTok Shop SKU and Amazon FBA SKU have the exact same value. If the SKUs differ, manual mapping is required.

6. How do I manually map an SKU?

Click the Update button next to the unmapped product, enter the corresponding Amazon FBA SKU in the SKU field, and click Submit to save the mapping.

7. How often does the app sync new TikTok Shop items?

The app automatically syncs new TikTok Shop items every 6 hours.

8. Can I sync products before the automatic synchronization?

Yes. Click Sync Items Manually to import the latest products from TikTok Shop. After initiating the sync, wait approximately 5–10 minutes and then refresh the page.

9. Why can't I find a specific SKU?

Use the TikTok SKU or Amazon SKU search fields to search for a specific product. If the SKU is still missing, ensure the product is active in your connected account and has been synchronized.

10. What does the Product Listing option do?

The Product Listing feature allows you to import new Amazon seller products into the WebBee app and list them in your TikTok Shop.

11. What does the Export Items CSV button do?

The Export Items CSV option downloads a CSV file containing either:

  • All SKUs, or

  • The currently filtered SKUs displayed on the page.

12. Why isn't my CSV file downloading?

If the CSV download does not start:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

  • Refresh the page.

  • Try downloading the file using a different supported browser.

13. Can I import SKU mappings using a CSV file?

Yes. You can use the Import Items CSV option to upload SKU mapping information in bulk, helping you manage large numbers of products more efficiently.

14. Can I archive multiple SKUs at once?

Yes. Use the Select All checkbox to select multiple products and archive or reactivate them in bulk.

15. Does archiving a SKU delete the product?

No. Archiving only changes the SKU's status within the WebBee app. It does not delete the product from your Amazon Seller account or TikTok Shop.

16. Can I update an existing SKU mapping?

Yes. If a product's mapping needs to be changed, you can use the Update option to replace the current Amazon SKU with the correct one.

17. Can I create bundles using different Amazon products?

Yes. The app allows you to create custom bundles using the Add New Bundle SKU option, where multiple Amazon products can be combined under a single TikTok Shop SKU.

18. How do product bundles work?

You can specify the quantity of Amazon FBA items that should fulfill a single TikTok Shop SKU. This enables both quantity-based bundles and bundles containing different products.

19. Which Amazon marketplace should I select?

Use the Account dropdown to select the Amazon marketplace associated with your connected seller account (for example, Amazon US, Amazon UK, or Amazon DE).
