Products Linking Page Overview



Our app allows you to sync and map TikTok and Amazon SKUs through the "SKU Mapping" feature. You can import all TikTok active SKUs and map them to their FBA SKUs. If FBA SKUs have the same name and value as TikTok SKUs, they will automatically sync. Even if they are slightly different, we can manually map them in our app.

The SKU Mapping page contains:
  1. Two drop-down menus:
    1. Account
    2. Filter.
  2. Two search fields:
    1. TikTok SKU
    2. Amazon SKU.
  3. Product Listing
  4. Export Items CSV
  5. Import Items CSV
  6. Sync Items Manually Button
  7. Update Button
  8. Archive Button.

Account:

You can then select one of the available Amazon marketplaces. Example: Amazon U.S., Amazon DE, Amazon U.K.

Filter:

From here, you can filter items by linked items, unlinked items, archived items, bundled items, or simply all items.
  1. Linked Items: These are the items that have their SKUs mapped between your TikTok store and Amazon FBA center.
  2. Unlinked Items: These are the items that have their SKUs not mapped between your TikTok store and Amazon FBA center.
  3. Archived Items: These are the items that are archived on our app. Discover more about what an archive item is.
  4. Bundled Items: A “bundle item” refers to a combined selling unit created within the integration app where multiple products (or multiple quantities of a product) are grouped under one TikTok SKU and then mapped to Amazon MCF inventory for fulfillment.
  5. All Items: This will show you all the items that you have in your TikTok store.

Search fields:

TikTok:

If you want to search for a TikTok SKU, just enter it in the "TikTok SKU" field and hit the Search button.

Amazon:

If you want to search for an Amazon SKU, just enter it in the "Amazon SKU" field and hit the Search button.

Product Listing:

The WebBee app's Amazon MCF product listing connects Amazon sellers with TikTok admin stores. This feature will help you to fetch new products from Amazon sellers to our app, and then you can list them on TikTok. 

Export Items CSV button:

Click on this button if you want to download a CSV file containing either all of your TikTok SKUs OR the filtered ones. In case the download doesn't start, please clear your browser's cache files or just try this in a different browser.

Sync Items Manually button:

Every 6 hours, our app automatically synchronizes new items from your TikTok store; however, if you want to import new items before that, please click on the Sync Items Manually button and refresh the page after some time (5 - 10 minutes).

Update button:

By default, our app will automatically map SKUs between your TikTok store and Amazon FBA if they are the same. If the Amazon SKUs are different, the field will be left empty. After clicking the Update button, you will need to manually map them.
Once you click on the update button, you will see the choices that are displayed below.



In the SKU field, simply enter the missing Amazon SKU and hit the Submit button.

Item bundling:

Our app supports bundling, allowing you to ship a specific number of items from your Amazon FBA using a single TikTok SKU. Simply enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" field and click the "Submit" button. 

You can also create a TikTok bundle that has different products inside it using the Add New Bundle SKU button. You can learn more about it here. 

Archive button:

Note: You can also archive or activate your TikTok SKUs in bulk using the "Select All" checkbox.
