BigCommerce Configuration Page : Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment App

Our configuration page contains 2 sections:
  1. Marketplace Settings
  2. App Settings 

Dashboard For Amazon marketplace with BigCommerce

Marketplace Settings:

The section contains your primary Amazon Marketplace login credentials. To know, how to get them, please click here. Post addition, please click on the Authenticate & Save button. If your credentials are correct you will see a Success message.

Add New Amazon Marketplace:

To know, how to get your Amazon FBA credentials then, please click here. Post addition, please click on the Authenticate & Save button. If your credentials are correct you will see a Success message.

Note: Our app supports all the below-mentioned (functionalities / configurations) to all your additional Amazon marketplaces, except the inventory sync i.e. Inventory sync will only be available for your primary Amazon marketplace.

Auto Export Order from BigCommerce to Amazon:

If you have turned on this toggle, then we will start synchronizing your BigCommerce store orders to your Amazon FBA marketplaces for their fulfillment. Last Order Sync Date: Shows the last time this synchronization had happened.

Note: In case, you want to use our app, only to fulfill orders from your Amazon FBA warehouse, then simply turn-off this toggle, further go to our Order Log page, and click on the re-submit button corresponding to those particular orders.

Auto Import Tracking Orders from Amazon FBA to BigCommerce:

If you have turned on this toggle, then we will start importing order related tracking information from your Amazon FBA marketplaces to your BigCommerce store. Last Tracking Sync Date: Shows the last time this synchronization had happened.

Auto Import Inventory from Amazon FBA to BigCommerce:

If you have turned on this toggle, then we will start importing inventory for your mapped FBA SKUs from your Amazon FBA marketplaces to your BigCommerce store. Last Inventory Sync Date: Shows the last time this synchronization had happened.

Auto Export Cancelled Order from BigCommerce to Amazon:
If you have turned on this toggle, then we will start synchronizing your BigCommerce store cancelled order to your Amazon FBA marketplaces. If cancelled order is not synced well to Amazon, it will throw an error in our app for order status and that can further be checked & cancelled at Amazon seller.

Set BigCommerce's Non-Amazon FBA Item Inventory To Zero:

If there are products that you fulfill from a warehouse that is not of Amazon's, then to prevent them from going out-of-stock on your BigCommerce store, select NO from this drop-down menu.

Out of Stock Quantity Buffer on Amazon:

Whenever an Amazon item's inventory reaches OR goes below this entered buffer quantity, then this particular item's inventory will automatically be updated to 0 inside BigCommerce.

Amazon Packaging Label: 

If you want to forward a BigCommerce order note (the one that either got put by you OR your customer during the order creation) to your Amazon FBA marketplaces, further print it on the Amazon packing label slip. 
  1. Select Yes from the "Default Packing Label Message" drop-down menu, and hit the Save button
If you want to print one standard message on all your Amazon packing label slips:
  1. Click on the "Add Label"
  2. Enter the default packing label message
  3. Hit the Submit button


App Settings

The section contains all the settings that are related to your BigCommerce store.

Error Admin Email:

Here you should add the email on which you want to be notified about any (change or an error) related information. You can also add multiple email addresses separated by a "," example: Email1@mystore.com, Email2@mystore.com, Email3@mystore.com.

Allow daily mismatched SKUs Email Notification: 

If it is set to "Yes", then every day you will receive emails from us, containing a list of items that have UnMapped SKUs between your BigCommerce store and Amazon FBA. To update these UnMapped SKUs, go to our "Items Mapping" page.

Send International Order Error Notifications:

To be filled.

Send Shipment emails To Customer: 

If you have set this to "Yes", then Amazon will send shipping emails to your customers.

Select Order Status: 

Currently, our app supports Incomplete, Pending, Shipped, Partially Shipping, Refunded, Cancelled, Declined, Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Pickup, Awaiting Shipment, Completed, Awaiting Fulfillment, Manual Verification Required, Disputed, and Partially Refunded orders, so from this drop-down menu select the orders that you want our app to sync from your BigCommerce store to your Amazon FBA marketplaces.

Selected Order Status: 

From, here you can view the types of orders that you are allowing our app to sync between your BigCommerce store and Amazon FBA warehouse.

Hold orders for Post purchase order edits:

If you are using an upsell app, further want to delay the sync of your BigCommerce orders to your Amazon FBA marketplaces, then from this setting you can either delay it for 10 mins, 30 mins OR any other mins.

BigCommerce Shipping Speed:

Here you can see all your BigCommerce store's shipping methods, further map them with your choice of Amazon FBA shipping rates i.e. Standard, Expedited, OR Priority.
