Error Occurrence: Archived item in the Order no.

Reason why ? Similar orders got rejected by Amazon FBA

It seems that this order contains one or more Archived SKUs as a result, our app Amazon MCF by WebBee couldn't forward order to Amazon FBA for its fulfillment.

How to fix order error ?

Step 1:

  1. If you are willing to fulfill this order manually from your non-Amazon FBA warehouse, then simply open this order inside your BigCommerce store, and process it accordingly 

Step 2a:

  1. If you want to fulfill this order from your Amazon FBA warehouse, simply go to the Item Mapping page
  2. In the BigCommerce SKU field, enter the archived SKU that you want to activate, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Active button corresponding to an SKU that you want to activate

Step 2b:

  1. Go to the Order Log page
  2. In the Order ID field, enter the Order ID of this rejected order, and hit the Search button
  3. In the action tab, click on the Re-submit button
  4. Upon, successful re-submission, you will see the status of this order changed to Accepted by Amazon
