How to assign a default NetSuite customer to all your Shopify web orders using Robust NetSuite Integrator app?
Step 1:
Inside NetSuite, from the top navigation pane, please go to the Lists > Relationships > and click on the Customers. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 2:
COPY
the internal ID of that customer, under which you want to create all your future Shopify web orders. In our case, we are using this "Customer 5" to capture all our future Shopify web orders. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Step 3:
Inside the Robust NetSuite Integrator app, please go to the
Configuration Page
>
App Settings
> and scroll-down to this "Default Customer Criteria" setting, further enter the above COPIED internal ID into this checked "Assign Default NetSuite Customer for all Shopify web orders
" field, and hit the
Save

Congratulations, you have successfully configured a default NetSuite customer to all your Shopify web orders using the Robust NetSuite Integrator app.
To help you check all your future orders, please click on the view button on your preferred customer, further scroll down to the Sales sub-tab, and click on the Transactions. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
