AMCF TikTok Order Status

The order statuses are as follows:

  1. Pending: Indicates that the order has been created in TikTok and is awaiting acceptance/rejection by Amazon. This status may also appear if order synchronization is disabled.
  2. Accepted by Amazon: The order has been accepted by Amazon.
  3. Fulfilled by TikTok: Fulfillment for this order has already been completed by TikTok. No further action is required.
  4. Delayed Orders: Displays orders delayed due to the 'Order Waiting Time' setting.
  5. Hold by Amazon: Displays orders that Amazon has placed on hold due to various reasons.
  6. Rejected by Amazon: The order was rejected by Amazon.
  7. Error: Highlights orders that have encountered issues, with detailed reasons provided for the errors.
  8. Archived: Displays a list of orders archived or made inactive by the seller.
  9. Closed: Appears after an order has been successfully fulfilled via Amazon FBA or manually within TikTok.
  10. Invalid Ship Method: Appears when shipping methods are not mapped in the app.
  11. Routing Error Resubmitting: Indicated that currently Amazon is not accepting this order due to some internal problem. It will be resubmitted automatically after some time.
  12. Duplicates: Displays orders with identical order IDs.
  13. Order Criteria Denied: Orders are not exported to Amazon FBA due to specific conditions set by the seller under the 'Order Processing Criteria' setting.
  14. Cancel Failure by Amazon: When an order is cancelled on TikTok but is still created on Amazon but does not get cancelled within the expected time frame.
  15. Canceled and Refunded: Displays a log of canceled and refunded orders.
  16. Tracking Already Updated: The tracking information for the order has been updated on TikTok, either manually by the seller or through a third party system. No further updates are required.
  17. TikTok Under Maintenance: Order processing is currently paused due to system maintenance. It will resume automatically once completed. No action is needed.

  1. Order Log Page: The user can access the order log section by clicking on the orders page to view and manage orders.
  2. Filtering Options: To find specific orders, the user can use a variety of filters, including Order Status, Order ID, From Date, and To Date.
  3. Order Table: To view detailed information, including order ID, order statuses, and various actions, i.e., view on TikTok, resubmit to Amazon, or archive.

Functional Buttons:

  1. Export CSV: Download order data for analysis.
  2. Import Orders: Orders can be manually imported using the Order ID or Date.
