Our order log page contains:
- Order Status drop-down menu
- Search bar for Order ID.
- From Date and To Date Filter.
- Import Order button.
- Export CSV button.
- View on TikTok button
- Re-submit to Amazon button
- Archive button
Order Status:
From here, you can filter orders by status: Pending, Accepted By Amazon, Rejected By Amazon, Risk Order, Error, Archived, Closed, or Invalid Ship Method, etc. To understand the meaning of these order statuses, click here.
For example, if you want to search for all the Accepted By Amazon orders, simply select the "Accepted By Amazon" criteria from this "Order Status" drop-down menu and click on the Search button. Order ID:
To view an order's date, status, and required actions, enter the Order ID and click the Search button.
To view an order's details on TikTok, click the View on TikTok button. This includes the shipping address and customer information.
If you want to see all of an order's details (shipping address, customer information, etc.) inside Amazon Seller Central, simply click the View on Amazon button.

Click on this button if you want to import your past orders into the Auto Multi-Channel Fulfillment to push them to your Amazon FBA marketplaces for their fulfillment. You can import these past orders using either your preferred dates OR order IDs.
Note: You can also archive or resubmit your TikTok orders in bulk under "Action" after using the "Select All" checkbox.
