An item can be added in Shopify with active status and its SKU.
Soon after this that item can be synced to our app however the inventory stock numbers would be syncing as soon as that SKU is mapped in our app under Product Linking with its respective available FBA SKU.

You can click on sync item manually to manually pull the inventory for mapped items if required, else inventory gets updated automatically for mapped SKUs from Amazon seller to Shopify store after every 30-40 minutes via our app.
