How to sync a specific status BigCommerce order to your NetSuite account using BigCommerce NetSuite Integrator?

If you are interested in syncing a specific status BigCommerce order to your NetSuite account, further update their BigCommerce status back to your desired one for a better auditability, then please follow-these below-mentioned steps.

Step 1:

Inside the BigCommerce NetSuite Integrator, please go to the Configuration Page > App Settings > and scroll-down to this "Select Order Status" drop-down menu. Now, select those order "statuses" which you want our integrator to sync to your NetSuite account. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.



Step 2:

Now, that you have selected your desired order statuses that you want our integrator to sync to your NetSuite account. In the "Update BigCommerce Order Status" drop-down menu, select a status that you want our integrator to update it to. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.



In Action:

For example, if you select "Awaiting Payment status" status in the "Selected Order Status" drop-down menu, and in the "Update BigCommerce Order Status" drop-down menu, you select "Awaiting Fulfillment", then as soon as our integrator syncs such orders to NetSuite, it will also mark such orders inside BigCommerce to "Awaiting Fulfillment".
