If you are interested in syncing newly updated information of your NetSuite (Sales Order / Cash Sale / Invoice) to your BigCommerce store with all their details, then please follow these below-mentioned steps.
Kindly Re-Authorize the application to update its permissions. Note: This is not mandatory, but in case your orders are not getting updated inside BigCommerce, then it is because of the fact that our application needs a re-authorization of its permissions. In the Order Log Page, under the View order on NetSuite tab, click on the View button to review a (Sales Order / Cash Sale / Invoice) inside your NetSuite account. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Once you are inside a NetSuite (Sales Order / Cash Sale / Invoice), you can see all of its line Items along with the rest of its details like its taxes, minimum order enforcement, etc. Below is a screenshot to help you understand this visually.
Here, go to the "Items" subtab and then click on the "Edit" option. Then using the "Items" subtab, just edit the order by modifying its old values OR by adding the new ones. Once done hit on the Save button. Below is a screenshots to help you understand this visually.
Once an order has been edited inside NetSuite, it usually takes our integrator upto 2-3 hours to reflect the changes inside its corresponding BigCommerce order.
1. Your BigCommerce and NetSuite products SKUs must be mapped. You can always review this mapping using the Products Linking page of the integrator.
2. Order Edit toggle must be ON inside the integrator. You can always review this toggle under the Configuration Page > App Settings.
3. Order Edit will only work from NetSuite to BigCommerce, if an order inside your NetSuite account is in the Pending Approval OR Pending Fulfillment status.
