fulfillment from Non-Amazon 3PL

Prioritize your fulfillment from Amazon FBA or from Non-Amazon 3PL

Here, you can prioritize your order sync/fulfillment based on whether it should come from Amazon FBA or a non-Amazon 3PL.

Follow these steps.

  1. Open Amazon MCF by WebBee and go to the Configuration Page.
  2. Search for Order Risk Flagging and select the order risk level according to your preference.
This setting does order routing between Amazon MCF and non-Amazon (3PL). You can select your preference from two options:
  1. Amazon as the first option and
  2. Non-Amazon as a first option.
Prioritize Fulfillment Form

In our app, the Non-Amazon order routing feature works with one/some/all of the following conditions.
1. If you sell products in Non-Amazon FBA marketplaces, when an order arrives and the prioritized fulfillment form is set to Amazon as the first option, the order will be rerouted to Non-Amazon for fulfillment.
2. If a Shopify SKU/item is a non-Amazon item (not created by an Amazon seller), this needs to be archived in our app
3. If a Shopify SKU/non-Amazon item is not mapped in our app to its FBA SKU.
4. You have a Shopify order, but when you sync it to Amazon, an error occurs—that item/FBA SKU is not available/out of stock at the Amazon seller/no FBA stock, so we can automatically route/transfer it to a 3PL for further fulfillment.
