fulfillment from Non-Amazon 3PL

Prioritize your fulfillment from Amazon FBA or from Non-Amazon 3PL

Here you can prioritize your order sync / order fulfillment if this should be either from Amazon FBA
OR from non-Amazon 3PL. 

Steps to follow.

1. Click on Configuration>>Click on App settings

2. Click on Non-Amazon 3PL Settings 

3. Click on Prioritize Fulfillment From

4. Select either Amazon as first option OR Non-Amazon 3PL as first option:


This setting helps you to choose either of your fulfillment options for orders. So the first priority would be given to the selected option. If an order does not get fulfilled with the selected one then order would get synced with another option.

So, you can prioritize your fulfillment if this should be from Amazon FBA or from Non-Amazon 3PL. Amazon as first option OR Non-Amazon 3PL as first option.




In our app, Non-Amazon order routing feature works with one/some/ all of the following conditions.
1. You have Shopify orders from countries, or you are selling products to countries/marketplaces which are non-Amazon FBAs. So, Shopify orders from all countries except FBA marketplaces/countries (added in our app) --can be routed to 3PL automatically.
2. Shopify SKU/item is non-Amazon item (not created at Amazon seller) and this is archived in our app
3. Shopify SKU/ non-Amazon item is not mapped in our app with its respective FBA SKU.
4. You have a Shopify order but while syncing that to Amazon there is an error-that item/ FBA SKU is not available/ out of stock at Amazon seller/ no FBA stock, so here we can route/ transfer automatically that to 3PL for further fulfillment.
