What is the past order in AMCF Shopify?
Past orders are those orders in the AMCF Shopify app that were made earlier in Shopify but haven't been processed or synced yet.
How do I import past orders manually into the app?
Follow the outlined steps to import past orders in the Webbee app:
Step 1:
Open Amazon MCF by the WebBee app and go to the order log page, and click on the "Import Order" button.

Step 2:
There are two options to import your Shopify past orders: either by "Order ID" or by "Order Date". Select your preferred mode.
Mode 1: Import Shopify orders "By Date". Select the start and end dates for your Shopify orders, then click the "Submit" button.

Mode 2: Import Shopify orders "By ID". Paste your Shopify order ID from the order that wasn't imported in the Webbee app to the last order ID in the "From Order ID" & "To Order ID" fields, then click the "Submit" button.

How do I get the Shopify Order ID and Date info?
Go to the Shopify order page > select any order > and check the URL section, and you will get your Shopify order ID and order details on the same page.

Shopify Order ID and Order DateOnce you have completed all the above steps, you can check your imported orders on the "Order Log" page in the AMCF Shopify app.
Important notes:
- If the real-time order sync was ON before the import of past orders, they will be auto-resubmitted to the appropriate Amazon FBA marketplaces (their status will change to Accepted by Amazon); otherwise, they will be displayed with a status of Pending in the Order Log page of the app, which you can manually resubmit by clicking on the Resubmit button.
- After resubmitting these past orders, they will be treated as a normal order, further will get the latest tracking information from your Amazon FBA warehouse to your Shopify store.
