How to import past orders inside the app?


Step 1:

Open the Order Log page of the Auto Mult-Channel Fulfillment app, further click on the Import Order button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.



Step 2:

You can import past orders either based on their dates OR order IDs. Once you have chosen your criteria, click on the Submit button. Below is a screenshot just to help you understand this visually.

Important notes:

  1. If the real-time order sync was ON before the import of past orders, they will be auto-resubmitted to appropriate Amazon FBA marketplaces (their status will change to Accepted by Amazon), else they will be displayed with a status of Pending in the Order Log page of the app which you can manually resubmit by clicking on the Resubmit button.
  2. After resubmitting these past orders, they will be treated as a normal order, further will get the latest tracking information from your Amazon FBA warehouse to your Shopify store.
